Writ of supersedeas omnino in respect of the king's order for election of a verderer of Kynefare forest instead of John de Perton knight, upon information that he is sick and aged ; as the king is particularly informed that the forest is not in Worcestershire, nor any parcel thereof. Henry de Percy earl of Northumberland to Sir John de Akom clerk and John de Mitford, their heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of the manor of Petworth co. Sussex with lands, rents, services of freeholders and neifs etc., advowsons of priories and churches, knights fees, chaces, parks etc. Witnesses: Richard earl of Arundell, William de Monte Acuto earl of Salisbury, Edward Seint Johan, Edward Dallyngrege, William Perey knights. Dated Petworth, 1 October 7 Richard II. Henry de Percy earl of Northumberland to Robert de Loxley and Richard del Strode.
