Order set free Robert Twyer and Robert Clerk, impeached before the for rebellions and misprisions committed in Holdernesse co. by them and other men and tenants of Queen Anne against the and the queen's ministers, and committed to the said prison ; they have made humble submission to the king and queen, taking them under a pain of 500/. to stir up the said men and tenants do the like, doing or procuring nought to the contrary, and to themselves before the council in the octaves of St. Hilary.
