To Robert Bracy warden of the Marshalsea prison, or to his representative there. Order, upon petition of John Cote masoun of Lese in the parish of Maydeston co. Kent, imprisoned for certain treasons whereof he is convicted, by mainprise of Peter Grobbe, John Wyght, John Stokenbury and Simon Rous of London to set him free ; as his petition shews that the king lately pardoned him those treasons and execution of the judgment of death ; and the said Peter and the others have mainperned body for body and under a pain of 1007. to have him before the king at the quinzaine of Easter next to answer touching the same.
