Writ of swpersedeas, by mainprise of Rykille of Kent, Henry Wauner, Gilbert Mersshe of London William Naffreton of Bukinghamshire, in favour of Roger parson St. Martin in the Vyntrie London, appealed by William Hamond of the king's prover in Bedeford gaol for harbouring the said and for other felonies by them together committed at London ; the king has learned by credible witness that the said parson is of fame.
