Charter with warranty of rents received from the messuage of Adam Dyker in Acton between the Coke on the Hope, the tenement of Gilbert Milleward and the high road from: London to Oxford on the north, from the messuage of Richard Clerc of Acton, from a messuage called Waueshalle in Acton, from two crofts called Fauconeresfeldes in the parish of Fulham held by John Kymmot lying along the lane from Acton to Harleston on the west and the bishop of London s field called Busshefeld on the east and abutting on the highway from Harleston to London on the north and the wood called Eldeholt on the south, from the house of Aldith Dyker in Acton between the said William's tenement and land called Galouneshawe abutting on the road from London to Oxford on the north, from the house of John Clerk in Acton (bounded as the last), and from 1 acre called Wynseloweslonde in Chirchefeld between land of William Mordon and Botelereslonde abutting on Botelereslonde on the north and on the highway from Lyvyngeslane to Est Acton on the south, with wards, marriages etc. Witnesses: Thomas Bray, Richard de Eston, John Fyghter, William Moredon, John Clerc. Dated Acton, Palm Sunday 3 Richard II. William atte Wotton to John Holmes and Isabel (as above), the heirs and assigns of the said John. Charter with warranty of a tenement in Acton called the Tabard on the Hope between a tenement of John Holmes on the east, a tenement of the said William called the Garite and a house called the Schepyn on the west abutting on the high road from London to Oxford to the north and a garden (ortum) which he had by the said William's feoffment on the south, a gate thereto pertaining, a house called the Chesehous between the Garite on the north and the Schepyn on the south abutting on the garden of the Tabard on the Hope on the east and the said William's garden on the west, and a_ garden (gardinum) called Johanhawe lying between the lane from Acton to Stranglond on the east and Richard Eston s field on the west abutting on the field called the Stranglond to the north and the garden of Thomas Palmer and John Whitegh to the south. Witnesses (as the last). Dated Acton, Sunday after St. Boniface 3 Richard II. William atte Wotton to John Holmes and Isabel (as above), the heirs and assigns of the said John. Quitclaim with warranty of the lands, rents and services (contained in the two last preceding charters). Witnesses (as the last). Dated Acton, Monday after St. Margaret 4 Richard IT.
