To John Forster of Corbrigge, John de Musgrave, William Hydewyn, Alexander de Cressewelle, Robert de Horsle, William Matfen, John Muschance, William Sampson, Thomas Galoun, Richard de Redesdale of Bamburgh, William Proctour, John Ellerton, Adam de Faloufeld and William de Redeshawe, lately appointed with William de Heselrigge in Northumberland, the town of Newcastle upon Tyne excepted, to assess and collect the subsidy of three groats upon every lay person. Order to execute their commission without awaiting the presence of William de Heselrigge, whom the king has discharged. To John Odam of Napton, John Swyneshede of Coventre, John Percy of Coventre, James de Bedyngton of Coventre, William Bridesen, Ralph Hopas, Richard Waldereve and John Croweleyf, lately appointed assessors and collectors in Warwickshire, the city of Canterbury (sic) excepted. Like order, mutatis mutandis, concerning Richard Treweman of Southam.
