William de Swillyngton, son of Sir Adam de Swillyngton and brother Sir Robert de Swillyngton the nephew, to Sir Robert Grethed of Ekyngton and Sir Richard de Stokton parson of Burwaleys, heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the manor advowson of Swillyngton co. York, sometime of his said brother, they have by feoffment of Sir Robert de Swillyngton uncle of said William.
