Joan daughter and heir of John Burstall, being unmarried, to J ohn clerk and Robert Broune of Warrewyk, their heirs and assigns, with warranty of the manor of Easthalle co. Kent lying in Sydyngbourne, Bakchild, Tonge and Elmelee. Dated the feast of St. John ante Portam Latinam 1 Richard I.
