Writ of swpersedeas, by mainprise of Burgyloun, William Walsale, Nicholas Hampton and Robert of Staffordshire, in favour of Richard de Burmyncham clerk, Filot clerk, John de Ibstoke, John Pety and John Frensheman by procurement of their enemies as it is shewn on their behalf, in the death of John Bowyere of Lichefeld slain by Thomas Marchal of Walsale, who is not yet convicted, and the said Thomas, and the said Richard for harbouring other defendants, according to the statute of Westminster containthat those so indicted shall be replevisable until the principals
