Order, if Walter Chapman mercer not yet convicted of the death of Thomas son of John Yonge of by mainprise of Richard Busshel, John Eberton, Pebworth of Gloucestershire and Richard Milton of Oxfordto set free from the gaol of Oxford castle Richard Swell indicted consenting thereto, if of good fame, according to the statute of whereby men so indicted are replevisable, if of good until the conviction of the principals.
