Writ of supersedeas omnino in respect of any process against Richard Fylongley and Robert Kent, appointed to survey - the king's lordships, demesne lands and other farms in Kent and Sussex, biy examination of neighbours and by oath of true men to make inquisition concerning waste therein whatsoever, by whom, on what pretence and how made and to what amount, and for what sum it may be repaired; as they never meddled in aught in that commission contained, having no knowledge thereof, as John bishop of St. Davids late treasurer has certified, and they have made oath.
