Writ of supersedeas omnino in respect of any process against the tenants of the lands of Robert Rous, lately appointed with others a justice of the peace in Dorset, and to arrest and imprison until order should be taken for their punishment all as met in unlawful assemblies contrary to the peace, and such any of them might be assured were by word, deed or pretence stirring up or procuring the people so to do, and order to release any distress upon them made, proceeding nevertheless against who did meddle therein; as that commission was not delivered to the said Robert, neither did he meddle in aught therein contained, no knowledge thereof, as John Fauntleroy has made oath in
