To the treasurer and the barons of the exchequer. Writ of swpersedeas until a month after Easter next in respect of levying 600 marks of the lands and chattels of the prior of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem in England ; as on 17 July 11 Richard II brother Hildebrand Inge, representative of the prior in his absence, in the prior's name made to the king a recognisance for 600 marks payable a month after Easter then next, under a condition for defeasance thereof in case the prior or his representative should then pay the men of Campe so much as should be by the council adjudged to them for certain ships and goods of theirs taken at sea by the prior and Thomas Percy knight when they were the king's admirals ; and the matter is yet pending
