Mounceux, whom by letters patent of 15 April 2 Richard II the king i appointed from 1 May then next to 1 May following constable and chamberlain of Loghmaban castle, in the king's hand by the death of Humphrey de Bohun earl of Hereford and by reason of the nonage of his daughters and heirs who were in the king's wardship, and justice, steward and keeper of the lordship of Anande Dale likewise in the king's hand, truly to preserve and govern the people there in their laws and customs, and order to discharge him; as he meddled not in those offices nor in aught in the said commission contained.
