Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with a messuage, 80 acres of land and 3 acres of meadow in Orsete, delivering to John Payn the son any issues thereof taken since the death of John Jot; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by John Rokelle late escheator, that the premises were taken into the late king's hand by reason of the idiocy of John Jot now deceased, that they are held of others than the king, and that the said John Payn, being son of John Payn and Agnes his wife sister of the deceased, is his cousin and next heir, and is of the age of fifteen years.
