Richard earl of Arundell admiral of England or his lieutenant. to arrest as many ships, barges, balingers etc. as may be sufficient passage of William Lescrope captain of the town and castle of his men and horses, goods and victuals, and to arrest needful for the same wherever they may be found in the of Suthampton, Sussex and Dorset, to sail to Chirburgh on the king's service at the captain s wages for furnishing the town and castle, and to arrest any found rebellious, and commit them to prison until the king shall take other order for their punishment.
