Order, upon petition of the abbot and monks of St. Mary Graces by the Tower of London, by mainprise of Gilbert Moughfelde of London and John Podras parson of Allhallows in Honylane London to deliver to the petitioners or their attorney the goods and chattels hereinafter mentioned; as at their prayer, shewing that the late king founded that abbey, and by letters patent granted to John king of Castille and Leon duke of Lancastre and other feoffees certain manors, lands and rents by him purchased, as by divers fines levied in the Common Bench at Westminster may appear, for endowment of the petitioners and other persons of his foundation, that the feoffees, desiring to perform this will, granted the manors of Gravesende, Lenches, Bikenore, Parroke, Leyburne, Wateryngbury and Gore co. Kent with live stock and dead to the petitioners and their successors for forty years, and the reversion of the manor of Gomshulfe co.
