Order the king's hand and meddle no further with a yearly pension marks of all the lands late of Robert Tresilian knight deceased delivering to Robert Nevyle any moneys thereof taken ; king has learned by divers inquisitions, taken by the escheator, by a writing of 51 Edward III the said knight granted that pension Nevyle for life or until he should be advanced to a church of the value of 10 marks a year, and that he is not so and holds no benefice of that or any other value.
