Memorandum of acknowledgment, 6 February. John son of Thomas Sotheroun and Joan his wife, daughter and one of the heirs of Simon Cusak knight, to John de Tetryngton, John Farleton, William Boltram and Adam Chapman, their heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of all lands, rents, services and reversions which he and the said Joan now have of her heritage in Calton, Culmolyn, Dengyn, Bewrepayr and all towns and hamlets wherein the said Simon her father was ever seised. Witnesses : Walter de Cusak, Thomas Flemyng, Richard Talbot knights, Nicholas Leynz, Richard Stoke, Philip Somer, Peter Somer. Dated the feast of Michaelmas 11 Richard II.
