Anketel Malore and:the sheriff of Lincoln. Order at their peril sight etc. to cease every excuse and leaving all else to take of gentlest and ablest men of Lincolnshire, and of the mayors, bailiffs aldermen of the cities and boroughs thereof who were not present parliament when an oath was therein taken before the king the prelates, lords, great men, knights of shires, citizens and there present, a like oath according to the schedule enclosed, forbidding them and other lieges of the county to give faith credence to speeches, assertions or reports to the contrary by made, certifying in the said parliament, which for causes is adjourned to the quinzaine of Easter next, the of all who have made oath, and of all who have refused, if any be.
