To Nicholas Exton and William Veneour collectors in the port of London of the custom and subsidy upon wool, hides and woolfells. Order of the issues of the said custom etc. upon the wool etc. which shall first be there shipped to pay to Thomas de Percy or to his attorney 6661. 13s. 4d. which by a tally levied at the receipt of the exchequer the king has assigned to him thereof, taking the said tally. The king's will is that this assignment shall not be revoked by him, or the treasurer of England for the time being, or by any other person for any cause whatsoever. By C. Et erat patens.
