Memorandum that on 23 May, with (like) assent, the chancellor delivered John Malsham chaplain, John Deyville, John Pereson, Robert Clerke and William Dalton, servants of the said Thomas, to the said mainpernors in bail, body for body, to have them in chancery on the aforesaid day; and of a (like) mainprise made for the said servants. Richard Hykebydde citizen and horner of London, son and heir of John Hykebydde of Tyburne and Isabel his wife, to John son of John Bryan and Richard Sandewelle of Wycombe, their heirs and . 323 Quitclaim with warranty of all the lands in Harleston within parish of Willesdon co. Middlesex which were of John Prentys, a charter thereof made to the said John son of John Brian Richard Sandwelle by John Herberd gardiner of London, son John Herberd gardiner. Witnesses: John Erliche of Harleston elder, John Erliche the younger, Henry Drayton of the same, Reygner cordewaner of London.
