To Simon Baret escheator in Norffolk. Order to give Thomas of William de Morle knight livery of the hundred of Fourhowe the issues thereof taken ; as upon the finding of an inquisition, by William Hastynges late escheator, that John Herlynge at death held that hundred for life by gift of William de Morle knight, with the king's licence, rendering 66s. 8d. a year, with remainder the said Thomas and Joan his wife (now deceased) and to the heirs their bodies, and that it is held in chief by knight service, the king the homage and fealty of the said Thomas, and commanded the escheator to give him livery thereof and the said issues; and late escheator was removed from office before that was done.
