To the sheriff of Lincoln. Order to give John de Waltham clerk seisin of three bovates of land in Belesby held by Thomas son of Robert de Rothewelle the younger knight hanged for felony; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the sheriff, that the premises were in his hand ten years before the taking of that inquisition by seizure of the escheator, that they were held of John de Bohun knight as of his manor and soke of Waltham, whereof the said clerk is tenant in fee, and that no profit might ever be taken of the waste thereof.
