Memorandum of acknowledgment by the said John, 16 February. William son of John de Feriby of Barton to John de Feriby of Winterton, his heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of all the lands in Barton upon Humbre which the said William has after his father's death, and 20s. of rent issuing from a messuage there which Robert de Neuland of Barton and Alice his wife hold for life by his said father's demise, with the reversion of that messuage after their death. Witnesses: John de Ouresby of Barton, William Garton of Barton, Robert Barnetby, Richard Tannour, Adam de Cotyngham, John de Kent, John de Seton, John Baille and William Faxflete, all of the same. Dated Barton upon Humbre, Monday before St. Margaret 9 Richard II. William son of John de Feriby of Barton to John de Feriby of Wynterton, his heirs and assigns.
