Release of the wherein she is bound by a charter enrolled before the mayor London at the Guildhall, whereby she demised to them her estate a messuage etc. in Berewardyslane in the parish of Berkyng by Tower of London in Tour warde, late demised to the said Agnes Nicholas Heryng by Goselin Osbarne of Kent for their lives and years after the death of the longest liver. Dated 8 December Richard II.
