de Sutton, John Gilberd, Robert Martyn, Richard le Rous, Troilour, and Thomas le Souter came before the king, on Thursday St. Sw[ithin], and sought to replevy their land in Dingele, taken into king's hands for their default before the justices of the Bench against ere Roger de Dingele. This is signified to the justices. de Goldingham, parson of the church of Kyselinbury, diocese of acknowledges that he owes to John de Bureford, citizen of London, 13s. 4d.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels Northampton. Luvel of Fardyngston acknowledges that he owes to John de 137. 6s. 8d. ; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and in co. Northampton. [ Cancelled as below.] de Mosecote acknowledges that he owes to the said John 10 marks; levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Northon payment, acknowledged by John de Pultenay, executor of will of Roesia de Bureford, late the executrix of the said John. Bagge of Siresham acknowledges that he owes to the said John to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Adam Gregory acknowledges that he owes to the said John 10 marks to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Northampton.
