Memorandum, that the king, on 19 May, at the request of the prior and convent of Durham that he would ordaiu a remedy for that Robert de Brus willed to grant the house of Goldyngham, a cell of the priory of Durham, to the prior and convent of Dounfermelyn, granted permission for brother William de Gretham or other monks of the house of Durham to transfer themselves to the said cell for the government thereof, provided that they behaved themselves well and faithfully to the king and his subjects, so far as they are able.
