To the sheriff of Hereford. Order to cause proclamation to be made prohibiting any person whatsoever from tourneying or doing any feats of arms anywhere within the realm, without special licence from the king, and to arrest any so offending, together with their horses, arms, and equipments, and all their other goods and chattels, taking with him for this purpose, if necessary, the posse of his county, certifying the king of the names and goods of those thus arrested.
