To the collectors of customs in the port of Hertilpol. Order to cause the coket seal deputed in that port, which they sent to chancery enclosed in a bag under their seals, and which the king returns to them by Thomas de Carleton, to be opened and letters of coket for wool, hides and wool-fells to be made and delivered as is customary, and to permit William de Dunolm to lade 178 sacks of wool 1,000 wool-fells and 6 lasts of hides in that port in the presence of Thomas, and take them to the staple in Flanders, in accordance with the king's grant to him by the advice of the council, paying 40s. for each sack and 26s. 8d. for every 800 fells beyond the custom and 1 mark for each last at the receipt of the exchequer by the hands of William de Cusancia, the treasurer, and the collectors shall receive from him 4 mark on each sack and every 800 fells and 1 mark on each last for the custom, and shall cause the coket seal to be replaced in the bag, sealed with their seals and delivered to Thomas to be taken back to the king, as has been fully enjoined upon him, By C.
