Enrolment of release by John, son and heir of John de la Penne, knight, Adam son of Thomas Wace of Agmodesham of his right in the lands, meadows, rents, services, ete. that Adam has by his gift and in the town of Wycombe, which lands, ete., John formerly of the gift and feoffment of William de Asshewelle. Witnesses: Galyan, John Ballard, Walter Wace, Robert Cuppyng, Simon of John le Mareshal of Messenden. Dated at La Penne, on Sunday the Conception, 5 Edward III.
