Order to supersede the placing of John de Lorti in exigent to be outlawed for not appearing before Richard de Wylughby and his fellows, justices to hear and determine a trespass committed by him and others upon Master William le Mareschsl, as he has shewn the king that he is prepared to stand to right in all things concerning the premises and has found mainpernors in chancery to have him before the said justices on the day when the writ to put him in exigent is return able, to wit Hbulo Lestraunge of co. Lincoln, John de Saye, Reginald de Frome, William de Hynton, William de Hardon, and Henry de More of co. Somerset.
